To ensure a seamless, elevated experience for every client, the following policies are in place. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are reserved specifically for you.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed. Arrivals beyond this window may need to be shortened or rescheduled to maintain the quality and timing of all appointments.

No-Shows

Failure to show for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 25% fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Booking & Payment

Appointments are secured through our booking system.

A card on file may be required to reserve your appointment. Payment policies and any applicable fees are enforced at the time of booking.

Preparation Guidelines

To ensure optimal results:

Sunless Tanning
• Exfoliate 24 hours prior
• Avoid lotions, oils, deodorant, and makeup before your appointment

Teeth Whitening
• Arrive with clean teeth
• Avoid staining foods or beverages prior to your session

Aftercare Responsibility

Post-service care plays a key role in your results.

Aftercare instructions will be provided at your appointment. Emerald & Co. Beauty is not responsible for results impacted by failure to follow recommended guidelines.

Right to Refuse Service

Emerald & Co. Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
